Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Payment Information
  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Credit card (recommended method):
      Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
      The online registration system uses secure encryption to protect your card and personal details.
    • Cash/Bank transfer (Any bank charges must be covered by the participant, in addition to the registration fees.)
    • KakaoPay
    • NaverPay
  • Mandatory Use of Accredited Certificate for Online Payments: For online money transfers, accredited certificate will be required for payments worth more than KRW 300,000.
Discount Policy
  • Following registered members will automatically get a discount on programs offered in Continuing Education Center.
  • Important notes
  • Only one discount per student per course
  • Discounts are on course only
  • Payment must be made in full by the discount deadline to be eligible for discounts
  • Discounts apply to all programs

3. Here are all the discounts we have offered so far. We are glad to offer competitive discounts.

VIP Those who have taken at least 3 courses provided by the Continuing Education Center in the past 3 years 10%

4. However, if you are not receiving any discounts when you think you should be, contact us as soon as possible either by email or phone. If you do not see any discounts on your payment, this means that the discount may not apply in your situation.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

We recognize that sometimes unexpected changes in circumstances mean that people are unable to proceed with a course/program as they had planned. Should you need to withdraw from the course/program, you must advise us at least one (1) week prior to the first class so that your fee can be fully refunded and your place offered to someone on the waiting list. If you withdraw at least three (3) days prior to the start date (the first day of course/program), you will be eligible for a 70% refund. A 50% refund will be made if you cancel before the first day of course/program. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the first day of course/program.

Tax Invoice
Should you require the tax invoice (including Certificate of Business Registration and Electronic Invoice) to be sent to a different party, please email at yude@yuhs.ac. Once your payment has been received, you will be sent a notification by email including your legal tax invoice. Your tax invoice will be emailed to you separately.
